• Admissions Forms can be collected from the school premises or downloaded from the link below. they may also be filled out online.
• The admission form is free of cost.
• Fill out all columns of the admission form.
• Please go through the mentioned Terms & Conditions before submitting the form.

Submission of Form

• The form duly signed by the parents must be submitted at the school premises along with photocopies of relevant documents.
• The form may also be submitted online.
• Original documents to be procured at the time of admission.

• Residential Proof
• Father’s Qualification Proof
• Mother’s Qualification Proof
• Medical Certificate
• Transfer Certificate (in case of transfer)
